Issue: There is No Kindergarten/School for the Deaf in Milan*.

Temporary Solution: Nowadays visualist kids are sent to any kindergarten.

What it is missing is the following:

Logopedist in Kindergarten (URGENT)

Educatore di Sostegno (URGENT)

Center for Visualist Kids

1) LOGOPEDIST IN KINDERGARTEN (URGENT)

Solution:

A. Logopedist stops by the asilo (recommended!) or parent's place and provides therapy to the kid three times a week, one hour a day.

B. Government must be punctual with payments. Learn to communicate is a RIGHT. No more fill in forms, last minute plans or bullshit paperwork or prescription or appointments for the parents. It is all set during the MEETING ZERO (NEW).

D. Comune will need to have an online site with a complete list of professionals (picture and video of them so-talking and vi-talking). Temporary password of access is given to parents upon request if they are not happy with what they've got. A site something like http://wemi.milano.it/gestione-delle-attivita-domestiche/#pulizia-della-casa/colf

Benefits

A. More teamwork / communication between the logopedist and the professionals in the kindergarten.

B. Families who do freelance works can focus more at their projects.

2) EDUCATORE DI SOSTEGNO / INSEGNANTE SOSTEGNO

Solution:

A.  Full time service

B. Regione Lombardia (code of ethics)

3) CENTER FOR VISUALIST KIDS

Issue:  No Meeting Place for visualist kids age 0 to 5.

Solution: Set up a Meeting Place once a week from morning to afternoon time or just afternoon time for Deaf kids to socialise and parents to get each other know and eventually discuss about their kids' education.

* The Babel tower had fallen down. Every scree (small stones which are keystones to our educational success) is lost in various places. We families have to chase all of them from a place to another daily to feed our deaf kids' education. With overwhelming bureaucracy.

Obviously, the Utopistic Solution would be to open the First School of Visualists.
