B. More advertising placements (like Rome) 

C. Info about train stop should be placed above the doors (like Tokyo) *

D. Add time length from station to station (like Tokyo)

METRO MACHINE

Issue: 

A. So many click' steps just to purchase a ticket.

B. Very slow. Therefore long lines. 

C. The way we have to pick up coins is pretty uncomfortable. 

D. These machines were born before the iPhone was born.

Solution: 

A. Just one click is enough.

B, C, D. If budget allows, make the machines like the Japanese ones.
